Refund Policy

At Walkside, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request assistance within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Be in original packaging

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Distribution & Fulfillment

Walkside operates with both local and international distribution partners. Depending on product availability and the customer's location, orders may be fulfilled from either a domestic or an international distribution center.

For items shipped from our international distribution facilities, we are unable to process physical returns due to logistics limitations with our fulfillment partners.

Size Exchange

If the customer selects an incorrect size, we offer a replacement option.

For orders fulfilled from our international distribution centers, customers may request a replacement item by covering a $39 reshipping fee. Once the reshipping fee is processed, a new item will be sent and the original product does not need to be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Our team will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for:

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Packages refused by the recipient
• Items returned in used condition

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within a short period after being placed. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
